Content & IP
All branding, code, and materials on the Service are owned by NOVA ESP or licensed to us.
You receive no ownership rights. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a license to host and
display it to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do
not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA ESP will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising
from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NOVA ESP harmless from claims, damages, losses, and
expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach, fraud, or risk to the Service
or users. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your operating jurisdiction. Courts located
