How to Request a Refund
Open a ticket in Support within 48 hours of purchase and include Order ID, payment screenshot, and issue details.
Our team verifies delivery logs, device checks, and gateway status.
If eligible, refund is initiated; you’ll receive confirmation by email/Telegram.
Typical processing: 1–7 business days after approval (gateway dependent).
Escrow Flow
1. Buyer pays → funds held in escrow 2. Seller delivers account/item 3. Buyer confirms receipt 4. Funds released to seller
If a dispute is opened, escrow remains on hold while we review evidence from both sides.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Open a dispute from your Profile order history within the protection window. Filing chargebacks without contacting support may delay resolution and could lead to account restrictions.
